5 QUICK ANSWERS BEFORE YOU BUY

1. I'm new to options. Is this too hard for me?
No. You fill in white cells on one row per trade: date, ticker, strategy, contracts, strikes and price. The rest works itself out. 22 strategies are already set up. A Start Here tab and a 7-page PDF guide show you how to log each type of trade. A Check column also points out anything you missed.

2. Does it work in Google Sheets* and Excel*?
Yes. You get both. The Google Sheets* version copies to your own Google Drive* in one click. The .xlsx file opens in Microsoft* Excel* 2016 or newer, Excel* for Mac* and Excel* Online. There are no macros, add-ons or scripts to approve.

3. Can I break the formulas by mistake?
It's set up to stop that without locking you out. The cells you type in are white with blue text. Formula cells are gray, with a lock note. If you type over a formula, a warning lets you cancel. The Formula Backup tab keeps a copy of every formula, so you can put any cell back in seconds. Nothing has a password.

4. Does it handle the wheel, rolls and assignments?
Yes. Give trades that belong together one Campaign ID, like SOFI-1. The Wheel & Rolls tab then joins the puts, the assignment, the covered calls and every roll. It shows your adjusted cost per share and the stock profit when shares are called away. It also shows the total return for the whole campaign.

5. Is there a subscription or live data?
No to both. You pay once and keep it. Spreadsheets can't pull live option prices in a reliable way. For open trades, you type today's price in the Current Mark cell to see your profit or loss so far.

Shows you how to log each type of trade, step by step.

Dashboard
16 key numbers that update as you trade. These include net P&L, win rate, profit factor, biggest drop (max drawdown), premium collected, fees and a discipline score. Filter by year and by account, like Taxable or Roth IRA. You also get goal bars, a monthly P&L chart, a weekly equity curve and P&L by strategy. Open trades are sorted by which ones expire first.

Trade Log
1,000 rows with 22 strategies built in. These include cash-secured puts, covered calls, spreads, iron condors, straddles, strangles, PMCC, 0DTE and your own custom setups. Each row works out net P&L after fees, capital at risk, max profit, breakeven and return. Fees can fill in from your cost per contract, or you can type your own. DTE means days to expiration. It turns amber at 7 days left and red at 2. If you like, add delta, IV rank, setup, emotion, mistake, grade, notes and a chart link.

Calendar
Your P&L calendar. A color map of each day, with trade counts and weekly totals. There is also a 12-month view of the whole year.

Performance
A month-by-month table with premium, fees, running P&L and goal percent. See results by weekday, days to expiration at entry, days held, close reason, credit or debit, delta and IV rank.

Breakdown
Every strategy and ticker you trade, ranked from best to worst. A warning shows when too much of your open money sits in one place.

Psychology
Your setups, emotions and grades. It also shows exactly what each mistake cost you.

Wheel & Rolls
Track each campaign from put, to assignment, to covered call, to called away. It shows your adjusted cost per share, stock profit, dividends, days held and return. It also counts rolls and gives a campaign win rate.

Trade Planner
Plan a trade with up to 5 legs. It shows max profit, max loss, breakevens, return on risk and a payoff chart. It warns you when a trade breaks your max-risk rule.

Cash Flows
Your deposits and withdrawals. Money you add or take out is kept apart from trading P&L. That keeps your balance and returns correct.
