1. Who is it made for?
Booth, chair and suite renters. That means hair stylists, barbers, nail techs, lash artists, estheticians, brow and wax artists, massage therapists and makeup artists. You can rename any service or category, and every dropdown updates for you.

2. Do I get Google Sheets* and Excel*?
Yes. You get the Microsoft* Excel* file (.xlsx) and a PDF with a one-click Google Sheets* copy link. Both have a Light and a Dark theme. There is nothing to install, and there are no macros or add-ons.

3. Does it track cash tips, booth rent, retail and mileage?
Yes. Cash tips and card tips each have their own column. Booth rent has a due-date tracker and a rent-vs-commission calculator. Sales tax on retail is there if you need it. Mileage uses the IRS rate for the date of each trip, even when the rate changes mid-year.

4. Will it work out my taxes?
It gives you estimates. It works out self-employment tax, federal income tax and a state amount. It counts the new "no tax on tips" deduction too. Then it tells you how much to set aside from every $100 and tracks your four quarterly payments. You can change every rate on the Settings tab. This is an estimate, not tax advice.

5. Can I break it by mistake?
Most likely not. White cells are yours to fill in. Gray cells hold formulas and show a friendly warning if you type over one. Nothing is locked, and the Formula Backup tab puts back anything you delete. It comes blank and ready to use.

Income Log
2,500 rows. Pick the service and the price fills in. Cash tips, card tips, payment method, card fees, sales tax and net income work themselves out. A Check column flags mistakes.

Expense Log
1,500 rows with 26 beauty categories. Each one is matched to the Schedule C line your tax preparer uses. Schedule C is the IRS form for self-employed income. It also tracks the deductible percent and your receipts.

Mileage Log
500 rows. The IRS mileage rate is set by trip date, even across the mid-year change.

Booth Rent
Weekly, every 2 weeks, twice a month or monthly rent, with due-date reminders. See rent as a percent of income and how many appointments cover your rent. It also compares renting a booth with working on commission.

Monthly P&L
A profit and loss sheet you can print. It's handy as proof of income.

Tax Center
Estimates for self-employment tax and federal income tax. It counts the "no tax on tips" and QBI deductions. QBI is a tax break on small business income. It also gives a state estimate, your set-aside percent and amount per $100, and a tax-jar check. There are four quarterly payment trackers with due dates.

Year-End Report
Your Schedule C line by line, plus cost of goods sold. It also has a 1099-K check, a card payout check, a tips report and a deduction finder.
