Groomsman Proposal Video Game: Playable Mission Sent by Text (Digital Download)

This groomsman proposal video game is a real, playable mission you send by text. It arrives like a brand-new game: their link opens on a sealed game case lying on a wood table, with "Personal Copy: Mike" on the shrink wrap. They tap to tear the wrap off and the cover comes up close: their name, their callsign and their photo as the cover star, under SQUAD UP, Operation: I Do. They open the case, drag the disc onto the console's tray, and the game boots. An incoming transmission decrypts into a classified briefing with your wedding date, the venue and their objective: "Get me to the altar in one piece. No man left behind." They drag a night-vision scope across a dark field, following the beeps, until they find the target: a cardboard cutout of the groom with your photo as his face. Then their operator card loads with three funny stats and the question: "Mike, will you be my Best Man?" Both buttons say ACCEPT MISSION. Or turn on the Reject button: it flashes REQUEST DENIED, TOO BAD, and signs them up anyway.

One purchase covers your whole squad, each guy with his own link. Text it, or print his game case at home and hand it over in person: the builder makes a cover for a standard DVD case, an orders card whose QR code opens his game, and a disc label. No good photo of him? Pick one of 4 cover designs instead. You can make it tonight and send it the same day.

TRY THE SAMPLE: open bigreveal.joyjotstudio.org/squadup-demo?reject=1 on your phone (sound on) to play a sample mission, Reject button included.

HOW IT WORKS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
1. Buy and download the "Squad Up: How to Get Started" PDF. It has the builder link and your password.
2. Pick the mission objective for the briefing, or write your own. Add your name, the wedding date and the location if you like, and turn on the Reject button if you want it.
3. Pick the mission everyone plays: find the groom (add a photo of the groom for the cutout), secure the rings, or locate the supply drop.
4. Add your squad (paste your whole list at once) and pick each guy's role.
5. For each guy, add his photo or pick one of 4 cover designs, add a callsign, then pick 3 stats and slide each to its level.
6. Preview exactly what he'll see, then copy each link to text it, download his 4x6 QR mission card, or print his game case.

About five minutes from start to finish. No app to download, nothing to install.

PERFECT FOR
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Asking your groomsmen and best man, the guys who grew up on shooter-style video games, brothers and college roommates, long-distance friends you can't ask in person, an usher, officiant, ring bearer or junior groomsman, a printed game case handed over at dinner or the bachelor party, tucking a QR card into a groomsman proposal box, or a last-minute ask you make and send the same day.

GOOD TO KNOW
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
◆ This is a digital item. Nothing will be shipped, including a game case or cardboard cutout.
◆ To print the case you'll need a standard DVD case and US Letter or A4 paper (glossy photo paper looks best). Print at 100%.
◆ Add photos right in the builder: tap "Choose a photo" and it uploads for you. Your photos and saved proposals are kept securely until 60 days after your wedding (or 12 months if you don't give a date).
◆ The builder asks for your email in Step 1 and emails you a link to come back to your proposals on any device.
◆ The mini-game can't be lost: if they get stuck, the dark lifts to help them find the target.
◆ Links can't be edited after they're made, but you can make a new one anytime.
◆ For your own wedding party. Please don't share the builder password.
