- A Summary tab: pick the quote you are booking for each vendor and see the total, the deposits due at signing and the tips against your budget
- A renamable Other Vendor tab for anyone not listed, like an officiant or transportation

HOW IT WORKS
1. Open a vendor's tab and type each quote into its own column: vendor name, package price, any add-ons, travel fee or tax, and the hours it covers where the vendor charges by the hour.
2. The true total folds in extra hours, add-ons, travel and tax. The cheapest turns green, and the price check says whether each total sits below, within or above the usual range.
3. On the Summary tab, pick the quote you are booking for each vendor and type your budget. The picked total, deposits, tips and how far over or under budget you are, tips included, update on their own.

WORKS IN EXCEL AND GOOGLE SHEETS
Opens straight into Microsoft Excel (2016 or later, Windows or Mac). No setup, no macros. For Google Sheets, upload the file to Google Drive, open it and choose File > Save as Google Sheets; formulas, colors and dropdowns carry over. A one-page guide is included.
