HOW IT WORKS
1. Type your total wedding budget, rename the five contributor columns, and enter what each person has pledged and given so far, plus any conditions on the money.
2. Every expense comes with an estimate split from your budget; type over any of them. Then type how much each contributor is covering on each line.
3. Left to assign shows what each contributor still has to place and turns rose if someone is over their pledge. In the totals, Budget not yet pledged and Not yet covered by anyone turn rose and Pledged but not yet placed turns amber while above zero; all three turn green at zero. Estimates vs budget turns amber when your estimates add up to more than the budget.

WORKS IN EXCEL AND GOOGLE SHEETS
Opens straight into Microsoft Excel (2016 or later, Windows or Mac). No setup, no macros. For Google Sheets, upload the file to Google Drive, open it and choose File > Save as Google Sheets; formulas, colors and dropdowns carry over. A one-page guide is included.
