Christmas Budget & Gift Tracker — 11-Section Offline App: Gifts, Budget, Orders, Dinner, Cooking Timeline | No Account, Instant Download

🎄 CHRISTMAS BUDGET & GIFT TRACKER — the Christmas sums, done as you go.

Every December the same arithmetic gets done on the back of an envelope: what is left for each person, whether the budget has gone, how many packs of sprouts feed nine, and what time the turkey goes in for dinner at three. It gets done more than once, because the envelope goes missing.

This does it for you. Type a gift and its cost, and that person's budget updates. Mark it bought and it counts as spent; an idea does not. Type what one adult and one child eat of each dish and it works out the packs to buy. Set the time you eat, and every job gets its clock time, counted back from dinner.

📦 WHAT YOU'LL GET

• ONE APP IN ONE FILE, inside a ZIP. It opens in your web browser. Nothing to install, no account, and no internet connection needed.
• 11 SECTIONS: Dashboard, Calendar, To-do, People, Gifts, Online orders, Budget, Spending, Dinner, Cooking timeline and Cards.
• A DASHBOARD that says how many days are left, what the budget has left, and what needs you today: a late parcel, a person over budget, a to-do due.
• EXAMPLE ENTRIES, so you can see how it fits together before you start. One button clears them, and saves a copy to your downloads first.
• BACK UP AND RESTORE to a file, and a light and a dark theme.

═══════════════════════════════
✳️ WHAT IS INSIDE

• PEOPLE — everyone you are buying for, a gift budget each, and what it has left.
• GIFTS — idea, ordered, bought, wrapped, given. Only gifts past the idea stage count as spent.
• BUDGET — the gifts, plus your own categories (food, decorations, going out), planned against spent. A line turns amber at 90% and red when it goes over.
• SPENDING — everything that is not a gift, filed to a category.
• ONLINE ORDERS — what is due, what is late, and how many days are left to send something back.
• DINNER — adults and children at the table, what one of each eats of every dish, the total, and the packs to buy.
• COOKING TIMELINE — the time you eat, and each job's start time counted back from it, with who is doing it.
• CALENDAR AND TO-DO — your dates, deliveries and jobs by day. Weeks start on Monday.
• CARDS — address noted, sent, received.
• SEARCH across everything, in euro, pounds, or US, Canadian, Australian or New Zealand dollars.

🎯 PERFECT FOR

• Whoever keeps the Christmas money straight, and would rather it added itself up
• A long gift list, where you want to see what is left per person rather than in total
• Hosting the dinner, with the quantities and the timings worked out
• Keeping track of online orders against their return windows

⚠️ WHAT IT IS NOT:

• IT IS NOT AN APP FROM AN APP STORE. It is one file you keep on your computer and open in your browser. It is made for a computer; opening a downloaded file on a phone differs from phone to phone.
• YOUR ENTRIES STAY IN THAT BROWSER, ON THAT COMPUTER. There is no account and no sync, so nothing moves between devices by itself. To move your entries, back up to a file and restore it on the other one. Clearing the browser's data clears your entries too, which is why Back up sits in the top bar.
• IT KNOWS NO DATES OR TIMES FOR YOU. It gives no posting dates, cooking times or portion sizes. Those change with the year, the oven and the family, so you type your own.
• IT IS NOT PRINTABLE PAGES. If you would rather write on paper, WendL Studio's Christmas Planner PDF does that. This file does the sums.
• It does not connect to a bank or look anything up. Every figure in it is one you typed.

💾 FILE DETAILS

• 1 ZIP file, holding the app (a single HTML file of about 200 KB), a picture guide to every part of it (PDF), and a short Start here note
• Extract the ZIP before you open the app, and keep the file in one place: your entries belong to it
• Opens in a web browser on a computer
• Works offline. It makes no internet connection and sends nothing anywhere
• Fonts embedded; nothing to install
• Not tied to a year: it counts down to this Christmas, and from 27 December to the next one

═══════════════════════════════
📥 HOW IT WORKS

1. Buy, and the ZIP is available immediately
2. Download from your Etsy Purchases page, or the emailed link, and extract the ZIP (on Windows, right-click and choose Extract All)
3. Keep the file somewhere it will stay, such as Documents, and double-click it
4. Look round the example, then choose Start my own

🛠 HOW THIS WAS MADE

The app is built by my own software, from source written for WendL Studio. No purchased template, no third-party code and no stock design. It makes no internet connection, and the build checks for that before it will write the file. The fonts are open-licence and embedded, so it looks the same on any computer. Each release is produced from a versioned build, so I can tell you exactly which version made your file.

🌟 Christmas, added up as you go, and still there when the envelope is not.

⚠️ NOTE: The app starts with made-up example entries so you can see how it works. They are not yours, and one button clears them. This is a digital download. No physical item is posted. For your own use; please do not resell, share or redistribute the file.

🇪🇺 EU BUYERS — This is digital content, delivered immediately. By completing your purchase you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download starts.
