🃏 TRADING CARD COLLECTION TRACKER — what your cards cost, what they are worth, and what selling and grading made you.

A card that came in a box of fifty has a cost, even if nobody wrote it down. This works it out. Put a bundle in as a lot, with its price and postage, and that cost is shared evenly over every card in it. A grading fee and its postage go onto the card they were for. Sell or trade a card, and the profit comes out after fees, postage and what that card cost you.

What it will not do is know a price. There is no card database and no price lookup, so you type what each card is worth and the date you checked, and once that date is more than 90 days old it says so. Free phone apps scan a card and fetch a value, and this cannot. What it does instead is keep your costs, lots and grading in one private file, with no account.

✳️ WHAT IS INSIDE

• CARDS — one line per card, or per stack of the same card: game or sport, set, number, condition or grade, how many, what you paid, and what one is worth now. Each line shows how many you still hold, its cost including any lot share and grading, and whether it is up or down.
• LOTS — a box or bundle bought for one price. Its price and postage are shared evenly over every card you put in it.
• SETS — how many different cards of each set you hold, how many are missing, and the per cent complete. A duplicate counts once.
• SALES AND TRADES — the profit on each, after fees, postage and that card's own cost. A trade goes in at the value agreed. It will not let you sell more of a card than you hold.
• GRADING — each card sent away, with the fee and postage both ways added to that card's cost. A card out for more than 60 days is flagged.
• GRADE OR SELL — your own figures for one card: worth now, worth graded, the fee, the postage and your selling fees. It shows which comes out ahead, by how much, and the graded value at which grading breaks even.
• WISHLIST — the cards you want, your price, and the price you last saw. It marks the ones at or under your price.
• VALUATION — every card you hold, at the value you typed and the date you checked it, with the total, ready to print.
• SEARCH across everything, in euro, pounds, or US, Canadian, Australian or New Zealand dollars.

⚠️ WHAT IT IS NOT:

• IT KNOWS NO CARDS AND NO PRICES. There is no card database, no price lookup, no scanning and no card images: you type each card and what it is worth.
• IT IS NOT A PRICE GUIDE. Every value is your own figure, and the Valuation printout says so. Whether an insurer accepts it is up to the insurer.
• IT HAS NO BUILT-IN SETS. You type each set's name and how many cards are in it, and it counts the different cards you hold.
• YOUR ENTRIES STAY IN THAT BROWSER, ON THAT COMPUTER. There is no account and no sync, so nothing moves between devices by itself. To move your entries, back up to a file and restore it on the other one. Clearing the browser's data clears your entries too, which is why Back up sits in the top bar.
• IT IS NOT AN APP FROM AN APP STORE. It is one file you keep on your computer and open in your browser. It is made for a computer; opening a downloaded file on a phone differs from phone to phone.

The app is built by my own software, from source written for WendL Studio. No purchased template, no third-party code and no stock design. It makes no internet connection, and the build checks for that before it will write the file. The fonts are open-licence and embedded, so it looks the same on any computer. Each release is produced from a versioned build, so I can tell you exactly which version made your file.
