This item shipped to me timely and in even better condition than the photo in the ad. Kerry was good about e-mailing me updates and generally kept me informed of the status and progress, as it can fluctuate slightly given they are made to order! It made for a unique gift that was well received! I recommend this product and seller alike. I chose the law enforcement flag with the medium color stain on the wooden plaque.
