How to personalise
- Upload a clear, well-lit photo of your horse (JPG or PNG). Head and neck shots work best
- The photo is cropped to a square with the words across the top, so a photo with a little space above your horse's ears works best
- Type your horse's name exactly as you want it printed (up to 12 characters) - please check spelling and capitals
- Use the preview on the listing to see how it will look before you buy
- Phone photos are fine as long as they're sharp - blurry or very dark photos will print blurry or dark
- iPhone HEIC files can't be printed - please send a JPG or PNG (a screenshot of the photo works)
- Personalised items are made just for you, so we can't accept returns unless the item arrives faulty
