Can I customize my order?

YES! I love making sure that each order is perfect. If you have specific colors or would like to change the wording on your order, please let me know BEFORE I begin working on it and I will accommodate your request.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Each listing has a processing time. On average, some jobs take 1-2 weeks to complete. Once I am done with it, I will send you tracking information. Most packages ship out priority mail via USPS. So you should receive your package within 2-3 business date from the time it has left my studio. Please note, that once it leaves here I cannot control shipping. For digital items, once your payment goes through, you will receive an email letting you know you can download your file. For customized digital items, please give me 24-48 hours to work on your order. Once I receive your order, I will message you letting you know when you can except it.

How do I change my digital files?

Digital files will be customized by me. You will not receive a customizable file to work on at home.
