What does LabraZaar offer, and how is it connected to Kreateur?

LabraZaar is Kreateur's bridge bazaar for crystals, original designs and creative digital assets. It began as a Labradorite specialty store and retains that mineral-focused essence as its creative range expands. The shop is affiliated with Kreateur Miami and Kreateur Media. As the bazaar expands, it will also feature Kreateur Studio products combining 3D design and crystals. Check current listings for available items and their individual details.

Will I receive the exact crystal or object pictured?

For a listing identified as a one-of-a-kind specimen, you receive the piece shown. Other designs, sets or assortments may have variations; the listing explains what is included and whether photographs show the exact item or a representative example. Review all images, any video, dimensions and the item description before ordering.

Why does Labradorite's flash look different at different angles?

Labradorite's iridescent flash changes with the angle of the stone, light source and viewing position. A photograph captures one moment; the same piece may appear darker or reveal different colors as it turns. Natural veining, inclusions, cavities and surface textures also vary. Review close-ups and any listing video for your selected piece; screens and lighting can affect perceived color.

How do I choose a size and care for a physical piece?

Use the measurements and weight in the listing rather than judging scale from photographs. Measure your display space and choose a stable surface that can safely support the item. Care depends on its material, finish and construction: follow the listing's guidance and ask before using water, chemicals or prolonged direct sunlight. Message us with the listing link if a size or care detail needs clarification.

Are your listings physical, digital or print-on-demand?

LabraZaar may offer physical items, creative digital assets and original designs produced on demand. Some listings may involve third-party vendors or production and fulfillment partners, including print-on-demand providers. The individual listing is the best reference for what you receive, materials, format, personalization, the applicable production partner, shipping origin and delivery details. A digital-only asset has no physical package. Production, shipping and return terms can differ by listing; check them before purchase and message us if anything is unclear.

What files and usage rights come with a creative digital asset?

Each digital listing specifies its included files, formats, dimensions or other relevant specifications, required software when applicable, and usage or license terms. Check compatibility before purchase. Personal use, commercial use, editing, redistribution and resale permissions depend on that asset's stated terms; no broader rights are implied. Message us with the listing link if you need a use clarified.

What are the shipping charges, processing times and delivery estimates?

These vary by physical-item listing, destination and delivery option. Check the listing's Shipping and returns section and your checkout for the applicable charge, processing time and estimated arrival window. There is no single shop-wide shipping price or deadline. For a time-sensitive order, message us with the listing and destination before purchase. Digital-only items follow their stated digital delivery details.

What are your return, exchange and cancellation policies?

Return and exchange eligibility is shown in the individual listing and may differ by item type. LabraZaar accepts cancellation requests within 12 hours of purchase; contact us through Etsy as soon as possible. Review the listing and applicable shop policies before ordering, especially for digital or personalized items. If something arrives damaged or differs from its description, message us so we can review the issue under Etsy's applicable policies.

What should I do if an item arrives damaged or I have a digital-file issue?

Contact us through Etsy from your order. For a damaged physical item, include clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label, and retain the packaging while the issue is reviewed. For a digital issue, identify the file and describe the error, device and software without sharing passwords or other sensitive information. We will review the details with you under the listing terms and Etsy's applicable policies.

Do you use AI, and what is Kreateur's role in the creative process?

Certain listings may include AI-assisted artwork or creative digital assets; AI involvement is explained in the relevant listing description. Kreateur Media is a technology and design company. Our work may use in-house development, customized models, proprietary tools and creative workflows; some are our intellectual property and are not publicly available. We maintain creative direction, selection, refinement and final review. Publicly available tools may also be part of a workflow. The listing describes the finished deliverable and its usage terms; purchasing an asset does not include access to our internal tools or models.
