James Monroe Surfer Art Print | Funny President Hawaiian Shirt Portrait (Digital Download)

The Monroe Doctrine now extends to beach chairs. James Monroe, dark hair swept back, leans into a carved armchair in gold-rimmed round sunglasses and a rust-and-cream monstera shirt over a tank top. Classical oil-portrait style, decidedly off duty.
