A training matrix that does the date maths for you. Type the date each person was last trained and the sheet works out the expiry from the course validity, then colours every cell green (in date), amber (due soon) or red (expired or not trained) using today's date. No macros, no add-ins: formulas only, so it opens the same in Excel and Google Sheets.

HOW IT WORKS
1. List your courses and how many months each certificate lasts.
2. Add your people and their departments.
3. Type the date each person was last trained.
4. Check the Dashboard and Renewals due sheet - they update themselves every day.
