Wood Finish Sample Record Pack, Printable Stain Comparison Sheets and Storage Cards, Letter and A4 PDF

Keep the notes for a wood finish sample with the sample itself. This printable pack connects one-sample records, a three-sample comparison and small storage cards using your own sample IDs.

WHAT YOU GET
One ZIP containing a four-page US Letter PDF, the same four pages in A4, and a README.
Page 1: start-here guide.
Page 2: material and preparation notes, three product/process rows, observed result, sample location and photo/record location.
Page 3: side-by-side handwritten comparison of up to three sample IDs, including viewing context, preference and next action.
Page 4: four identical blank 3.5 x 2 inch storage cards and a 2-inch calibration line.
These are four page designs in two paper layouts, not eight different designs.

PRINT AND USE
Print single-sided on matching Letter or A4 paper at Actual Size / 100%, with Fit to page off. Write by hand. Reprint pages for your own records. Use another numbered copy of the record page when you need more than three process rows.
Keep the same ID on the record, comparison sheet and stored sample. Cards are locators, not a finishing recipe. Keep paper away from wet finish.

KNOW BEFORE BUYING
Blank handwriting PDFs, not electronically fillable. No spreadsheet, editable page design, color swatches, finishing recipes, SVG or cutting-machine files. Cards are not aligned to branded adhesive label sheets.
Follow the finish manufacturer's current instructions. This pack records your work; it does not establish product compatibility or guarantee a color match or result on another piece.
Both PDFs were rendered and every page reviewed. Physical printing and workshop use have not been tested. Card size depends on correct print scaling.

PERSONAL USE
Reprint for your own records. Do not resell or redistribute the files. No commercial-use license.
Instant digital download after payment confirmation. No wood, finish products, physical samples or custom service included.
