Custom and personalized orders

Every reading is written for one person, so I need a few details from you: your first name, your date of birth and your question in your own words. If your reading is about someone, add their first name and date of birth if you know it. A few honest sentences of background help more than a long story. Write them in the personalization box when you order, or send them in a message. For the spell listings, I need your full name, date of birth and your wish.

When will I receive my reading?

Usually within the same hour, and always within 24 hours. I sit down with your name and your question as soon as your order reaches my table. Orders that arrive while I am asleep are read first thing when I wake. If anything in your details is unclear, I will message you rather than guess. Spell orders are cast on the same day and the record arrives the same way.

How will I receive my reading?

Through Etsy Messages, as a written reading you can read on your phone and come back to whenever you like. There is no PDF to download and nothing is posted to you, so please do not wait for a parcel. Open your Etsy Messages and it will be there, written for you alone. Spell orders also arrive here: the video and photos of your altar together with the written record of what was cast.

Which reading depth should I choose?

Quick Insight is one question with one clear, short answer. Standard Reading is a full reading of your question with the cards laid out and explained. In-Depth Reading goes further into the people, the timing and what to do next. Premium Reading is the longest and most detailed, with every thread of your situation followed to its end. If you are unsure, start with Standard. For the spell listings, the strengths work the same way: Standard Casting is a single complete casting and each step above it is a longer, stronger working.

Is what I tell you private?

Yes. What you write is used for your reading and nothing else. Names, dates and questions are never shared, published or used as examples, and your reading is sent to you alone. Many people write to me about things they have told no one, and that is respected.

Can I order more than one reading, or one for a friend?

Yes. Each reading is written separately, so you can order as many as you need, on the same question or different ones. For a friend, send their first name, date of birth and their question, and please make sure they are happy for you to ask on their behalf. The reading still arrives in your messages, for you to pass on.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

You can request a cancellation within 2 days of ordering, as long as I have not started your reading. Because every reading is written personally for you, an order cannot be refunded once the reading has been written and sent. If something has gone wrong on my side, such as a mistake in your details or a reading that did not arrive, write to me first and I will put it right. The same applies to spell orders once the casting is under way.

Is there an age limit?

Yes. You must be 18 or over to order a reading. If you tell me you are under 18, I will cancel and refund the order in full.
