Rental Property & Tenant Tracker Spreadsheet | Auto Dashboard, Rent Collected, Lease Status (Excel/Google Sheets)

⭐ A LIVE SPREADSHEET — NOT A PRINTABLE ⭐

Most landlords track rent and leases across notes, texts and memory. This one is a real working tool: log a property once, and the dashboard above it tracks rent collected, overdue balances and lease status for you — automatically.

📊 WHAT IT DOES

✔ Property & Lease Log tab — property, tenant, lease start date, lease status (dropdown, no typing), monthly rent, payment status, contact, notes
✔ Dashboard tab — total units, active leases, rent collected and overdue balance, calculated live
✔ A lease status pie chart and a rent-by-payment-status bar chart, both built in
✔ Rows auto-highlight: green for Active, yellow for Ending Soon, red for Vacant/Terminated/Overdue
✔ Works in Excel and Google Sheets — every formula, dropdown and chart carries over

✨ WHY THIS ONE

No formulas to write, no macros, nothing to configure — open it and start logging. You only ever touch the Property & Lease Log tab; the Dashboard updates itself.

It answers the question every landlord asks at the worst time: "who's actually behind on rent?" One glance at the Overdue card tells you.

💡 WHO IT'S FOR

Landlords, property managers, and anyone renting out a unit, room, or multiple properties who wants to see rent and occupancy as numbers, not a scattered pile of texts and sticky notes.
