The Summary shows what's spent, what's still expected and what's still owed for every project.

FEATURES
- Up to 15 projects, each with a room, status, target dates, budget and an optional cushion (a % you choose). See spent so far, expected total, what's left and what's still owed to pros
- Quotes for up to 60 bids: each one ranked against the others for the same project, with how much more it is than the lowest, and a note when a quote expires before the project's target start
- Budget & Spending for up to 300 lines in 12 categories: planned vs actual, with expected totals that use the actual cost once you type it
- Payments for up to 60 deposits, progress payments, change orders and final payments: still owed, status and the earliest unpaid due date. Each project's payment schedule is compared with its chosen quote
- Materials list for up to 200 items (estimated totals, ordered and received), a punch list for up to 100 items and a paint & finish record with color codes and where the leftovers are
- Summary: every project at a glance, totals by category, and a worth-checking list (no budget, over budget, payments not paid in full, open punch-list items and more)

HOW TO USE
1. Download the files from your Etsy Purchases page (instant download, nothing is shipped).
2. Excel: open the .xlsx file. Google Sheets: upload the .xlsx to Google Drive, open it, then choose File > Save as Google Sheets.
3. Start on the 'Start Here' tab and fill in the pale-yellow cells. Everything else calculates for you.
4. Print the PDF pages at home or at a print shop (US Letter and A4 included).

GOOD TO KNOW
- Digital download only. No physical item will be shipped.
- Works in Microsoft Excel 2010 or newer (Windows and Mac) and Google Sheets (free). Apple Numbers and LibreOffice not fully tested.
- Formula cells are protected (no password) to prevent accidental edits.
- Colors may look slightly different on screen vs. print.
