TOEFL Prep Study Plan, 12-Week AI Tutor Guide, Reading, Listening, Speaking and Writing Practice, Study Abroad, PDF

Stop guessing what to study. Built for the TOEFL iBT as redesigned in January 2026 (its new task types and 1-6 band scores), this 12-week plan starts with an honest diagnostic that maps your Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing into solid, shaky, and missing, then spends the middle weeks drilling exactly the gaps that map found, with an AI tutor that diagnoses before it teaches and never hands you a model answer to copy. Weeks 9 to 11 are full, timed section practice with a recorded-and-reviewed look at every miss, and week 12 is a dress rehearsal with an honest score. Use the official ETS materials alongside it; this pack has no official test content and makes no score guarantees, just a real plan and a coach that keeps you honest.

HOW IT WORKS
This is a digital guide, not a passive workbook: you lead one fully scripted ~60-minute session each week. Every step is timed and written out for you in advance. No test-prep expertise needed, just an hour and a willingness to follow the script.

Never used an AI chat assistant before? The front matter includes a "Start here" walkthrough that takes a complete beginner from zero to ready in about five minutes. No paid plan required; a free AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or Gemini) is enough.

WHAT YOU GET
• 12 deep weekly sessions (~60 minutes each), every one built the same way: a plain-language concept explanation, a concrete worked example, a minute-by-minute session plan with the AI-tutor prompts built in, a "show me" checkpoint to confirm the skill landed, common mistakes to watch for, and practice.
• A "Start here" onboarding for complete AI beginners, plus an orientation that sets the weekly rhythm and the one rule that makes this work: review every miss and every weak response until you can explain the "why," not just produce a better one next time.
• Four rescue prompts in the front matter: one for when you're stuck or frustrated, a guardrail for when the AI is about to hand you a model answer, a plateau-breaker for when a section score stalls, and an honest check that you truly understand, with no grade inflation.
• A personal gap map you build in week 1 and revisit in week 12 to see exactly what moved.

WHO IT'S FOR
Non-native English speakers proving proficiency for study or work who want a real plan instead of a random stack of practice questions. It's self-directed and built to be run on your own schedule, with an AI tutor standing in for a patient, always-available coach.

WHY THIS INSTEAD OF A FREE CHATBOT
A raw chatbot will happily draft your essay or model an answer for you to copy, which feels productive but teaches you nothing you can reproduce on test day with no assistance. This pack ships what a chatbot alone lacks: an up-front diagnosis that tells you what to study first, a structured 12-week progression instead of random practice, real timed practice with recorded speaking and typed writing under actual section time limits (not untimed noodling), and a forced review of every miss or weak response for the underlying cause: content gap, timing, grammar habit, or structure problem. A prep book gives you the same drills regardless of what you actually need; this pack adapts to your gap map.

FAQ
• Is this official ETS or TOEFL content? No. This pack is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to ETS (Educational Testing Service) or any other test maker, and it contains no official or leaked test questions. Use it alongside official ETS practice materials as your source of truth for real questions and the current format.
• Will this guarantee a certain score? No. No pack, book, or tutor can guarantee a score, an admission outcome, or a job or visa outcome, and this one won't claim to. What it offers is an honest diagnostic, focused practice on your actual gaps, and real timed review; the result depends on the work you put in.
• Which AI does it use? I've never used one. Any modern AI chat assistant works with these prompts: ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or Gemini, and a free version of any of them is enough (ideally one that can play back audio or accept a recording for the speaking weeks). If you've never used one, the guide's first section walks complete beginners through setup in about five minutes, with no special software or subscription required.
• I don't live in the US. Does it still work? Yes. The guide is written in US English, and every weekly launch prompt tells the tutor to use your country or region for spelling, units, money, and examples. Check test-day rules for your country on the official ETS site.
• Do I need to already know my score? No. Week 1 is the diagnostic. You start wherever you actually are, not where you assume you are.
• What if my score plateaus? The guide includes a plateau prompt built for exactly this: it changes the approach and targets your specific error pattern instead of repeating the same drills.
• Refunds? Standard marketplace refund policy applies.
