Stop white-knuckling your way through recipes, terrified to change a thing. This 12-week plan turns an AI tutor into a patient sous-chef standing next to you: you describe what you see, smell, and taste, and it asks questions until you both understand what the food is doing, then walks you through the adjustment in small, tasted steps. No technique assumed. By the end you cook by instinct, fix a dish that tastes flat or a sauce that broke, and put the recipe down for good.

WHAT YOU GET
This is a digital guide: one fully scripted ~60-minute session each week, led by you, with every step timed and written out for you in advance. No cooking expertise or prior AI experience needed.
• 12 weekly sessions, each ~60 minutes and fully scripted: a plain-language concept, a concrete worked example, a minute-by-minute session plan with the AI-tutor prompts built in, a “show me” checkpoint, common mistakes to watch for, and hands-on practice.
• “Never used an AI chat assistant? Start here”: a five-minute onboarding in the front matter that takes a complete beginner from zero to ready, using a free AI assistant (no paid plan needed).
• Four rescue prompts in the front matter for when you’re stuck or overwhelmed, when the AI starts handing you the answer instead of coaching, when it feels too easy, and to check you really understand.
• An orientation that starts where real cooking starts (tasting and adjusting) and the one rule that keeps you safe: keep raw meat separate, mind heat and oil, and stop when unsure.
• A one-page “how I cook now” framework you write in week 12 and keep on the fridge.
• Works wherever you live: the guide is written in US English, and every prompt tells the AI to use your country or region for units, spelling, money, and examples.

WHO IT’S FOR
Adults who can only follow a recipe step-by-step and want to actually cook, by taste and instinct, not by instruction. Zero real technique assumed. If you own a knife, a pan, and a willingness to taste as you go, you’re ready.

WHY THIS INSTEAD OF A FREE CHATBOT
A raw chatbot will dump a recipe on you and call it teaching. This pack ships the structure and guardrails it lacks: a taste-first method, a real 12-week progression, and a tutor set up to ask what you see, smell, and taste before it tells you anything, and to stop you at raw-meat, hot-oil, and allergy lines. You learn to read the food, not just read the page.

SAFETY
This is educational content, not professional advice. Cooking means sharp knives, high heat, open flame, hot oil, and raw meat. Keep a working smoke alarm and a fire extinguisher within reach, keep raw meat and its juices away from ready-to-eat food, cook proteins through, watch hot oil, know your household’s food allergies, and stop the moment you’re unsure. If a child or teen cooks with you, an adult stays in the kitchen.

FAQ
• Do I need any experience? None. Week 1 is knife safety and checking your smoke alarm; every technique is broken into small, tasted steps. Never used an AI chat assistant before? The guide’s first section walks you through setup in about five minutes.
• Which AI does it use? Works with any modern AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini), and the free version of any of them is enough; no paid plan needed. One with photo input helps for “does this look done?” moments, but isn’t required. The prompts work anywhere; no special software.
• Is this safe? Who’s liable? It’s educational only and teaches you to cook safely: keep raw meat separate, cook proteins to temperature, mind hot oil and flame, and check for allergies. Keep a working smoke alarm and fire extinguisher on hand and stop when unsure. You assume the usual kitchen risk; the author and AI tutor are not liable for injury, illness, or damage.
• Do I have to buy fancy equipment or ingredients? No. Most weeks use a knife, a pan, and what’s already in your kitchen. Week 9 is literally cooking from what’s in your fridge.
• Refunds? Standard marketplace refund policy applies.
