Can I return my order?

All sales are FINAL and I have mentioned about this in each listing. All clearance items are NOT eligible for returns. No exception! Please note that it is the buyer's responsibility to read item details and my shop policies before ordering.

Returns details - one

My shop do not take any returns. However, I can work with you if you provide me a right reason. ► RETURNS are only accepted with prior written consent from me. ► Returned item(s) "MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION" as they were when shipped. ► The return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer. ► All returns MUST be shipped with a tracking #. I will not provide a refund for items that are lost or damaged on their way back to me. ► There will be a 20% restocking fee issued on all returned items. ► For orders that qualified for free shipping, 20% restocking fee + the shipping fee will be charged to cover initial shipping costs.

Shipping / Never received the package

Orders will be sent to the USPS within a time frame showing on each listing. Once I purchased a shipping label for your order, the tracking number will be emailed to you so that you can track it yourself. It is your responsibility at this step to track your package using the given tracking number. I'm not responsible for packages after they are picked up by the USPS. I don't track or handle your shipment. I will not be liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. It is solely the purchaser's responsibility to contact your local post office promptly to locate the packages. Again, should you need further info on your package whereabouts, you need to contact the USPS as they handle your package. I don't have any control over their work.

Input a correct shipping address

Please make sure that you entered the complete correct shipping address. The system will use whichever info you enter into the shipping info section at the time of check out. Therefore, if the shipping info is wrong or missing (for example, missing apartment #), the package might be lost or returned. The purchaser will need to pay the shipping fee for the package to be shipped back out. If a buyer simply do not want it shipped back out but wants a refund instead, it will be considered as "return" and there will be a 15% restocking fee issued on the item.

How long does it take for an order to ship out OR When will I receive my order?

Each listing shows "Estimated Delivery" date so please refer to it. Also, this info can be found from your shopping cart before checking out. I am sorry, but I will not reply to your message regarding shipping again.

These baby leggings are super soft, looser fit, very comfy and harem styled. Made from GOTS certified 100% organic cotton interlock knit with water based inks so they are good for your little one's sensitive skins. Fabrics are perfectly stretch and comfy. All seams are serged for durability and quality and used high quality braided elastic for the waistband. Fabrics are not pre-washed so some shrinkage can occur.

I recommend to hand wash to preserve the fabric luster and prevent fading. You can also machine wash in cold water with like colors, on a gentle/delicate cycle, tumble dry low OR hang dry. Use phosphate free detergent.
