• Do I have to speak out loud? Yes, that's the whole point, and it's why it works. You practice privately with the AI before you ever face a real room.
• I only need this for one big talk. Will it help fast? Yes. Weeks 10 and 11 build and rehearse one real talk end to end, so you can jump there, but the earlier weeks are what make it land.
