RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU BUYERS)

Seller: Matthew Dowell, Entrepreneur individuel (micro-entreprise), SIREN 107 590 143, Toulouse area, France. Contact: via Etsy Messages.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, send us a clear statement of your decision (for example, an Etsy message). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. It is enough to send your statement before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal: we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. We use the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You must send the goods back within 14 days of informing us, and you bear the direct cost of returning them. You are only liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

EXCEPTION: the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (Article 16(c), Directive 2011/83/EU; Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). This includes items personalised with a name, airfield, date or other details you provide.

Faulty or misprinted items: your statutory rights are not affected. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or misprinted, message us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or a refund.
