Highlights

This is a 30-day practice of writing letters from the woman you are becoming — not about her. From her. In her voice, in the present tense, like she's already real.

Future Self Journal for Women is a 27-page guided journal built on a simple premise: you take dictation from your future instead of taking orders from your past. You'll learn how she writes — present tense, specific sensory detail, kind but unsentimental — with a full model letter to show you the shape of it. Then you'll write thirty letters across five parts that follow the Authorship Method: Name the truth, Edit the inherited script, Choose from self-respect, Practice the new standard, Live as the woman who no longer leaves herself.

Inside you'll find:
- Craft guidance for writing as your future self, with a model letter
- Thirty piercing letter prompts with ruled writing space
- Five nightly rituals (the Naming, the Editing, the Choosing, the Practice, the Living), each sealed with a vow in your own hand
- A final vow page to close the thirty days

This is for the woman who is tired in a way sleep doesn't fix — the one who keeps everyone else's world turning while hers runs on fumes. You don't need to be a writer. You need twenty unhurried minutes and the willingness to be honest on paper in a way you haven't been out loud yet.

HOW IT WORKS: This is an instant digital download. You'll receive a 27-page PDF (US Letter size) immediately after purchase — download it from Etsy under Purchases and Reviews. Print it at home or use it on your tablet with an app like GoodNotes or Notability.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a digital product — no physical item will be shipped. For personal use only; please don't share, resell, or redistribute the file. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. If anything's wrong with your file, message me and I'll make it right.

From Authored by Her: for every journal sold, one is donated to an LGBTQ+ individual in need. Authoring yourself shouldn't be a privilege.
