Custom and personalised orders

Every topper is made from your photo. Send one photo of the two of you together, head to toe: add it at checkout, or send it later in Etsy Messages. For an outfit swap, also send a photo of each outfit, such as a dress, suit, hanfu or kimono. At checkout you confirm that everyone in the photo agrees, and your photos are used only for your order.

Will I see my topper before you print it?

Yes. You get a preview within 1 day of your photo, usually within 1 hour, and after you approve it, your 3D model within 1 day, usually 1 to 2 hours. Ask for as many changes as you need before we print, such as hair, faces, outfits or pose. If we don't hear back, we send two reminders, then print the latest version on the last date that still reaches you before the wedding.

Can we choose the pose and add our names?

Yes. We can use the pose in your photo or another one, such as holding hands, a first dance, or one you describe. We write your names on the bottom of the topper; spell them in "Names and wedding date" at checkout.

Height is measured from the bottom to the top of the taller figure. 4.5 in (11.4 cm) is our ideal topper. 5 or 6 in (12.7 or 15.2 cm) suits a large cake or a welcome table. 3.5 in (8.9 cm) is a copy for parents. 2.5 in (6.4 cm) is pocket size, not for a cake.

3D printed resin. Full-Color is printed in color: hair, skin and outfits. Single-Color has a porcelain look in any one color you name. Both come matte or glossy.

The topper is a decoration and is not edible. Stand it on a cake board or a clean disc on top of the cake, so it does not touch the food, and remove it before cutting. Not a toy: small parts, keep away from children. Keep it below 50 °C (122 °F) and out of direct sun, and dust it with a soft dry brush.

How long does it take?

We make your topper in 4–9 business days after you approve your preview. Shipping is free: Standard takes 4–12 business days, Express 2–5. Rush skips the preview and starts the day you order. Order 6 weeks before the wedding.

Yes. Under Shipping speed, choose Express: delivery in 2 to 5 business days. Rush also skips the preview: we start the day you order, in the one style you name, with no changes. If your date is very close, message us on Etsy before you order.

Where do you deliver?

Delivery is free on every listing: Standard takes 4 to 12 business days, Express 2 to 5. US orders include import duties and fees, so you pay nothing on delivery. In other countries, import duties and taxes may be due on arrival. The 3D print file and the attire preview are digital and available everywhere.

Can I cancel or return my order?

You can cancel until you approve your preview. With Rush, within 1 hour of your order. Each topper is made from your photos, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If it arrives damaged, message us on Etsy with a photo of the topper and the box.
