Yes. Every day is its own puzzle. Only the Ledger needs all 23 letters, and the finale can be solved without it.

Are the solutions included?
Yes, twice: as 24 Sealed Verdicts you fold shut, and as an answer booklet with explanations. There is also a hints file with two tips per day.
