Barcode Label Maker Spreadsheet, SKU and Shelf Labels, Avery 5160, Excel, Google Sheets

Print scannable barcode labels for your products AND your shelves, straight from a spreadsheet. No label software, no subscription.

Type your SKUs, choose how many labels you need, and print on standard Avery sheets. Any USB, Bluetooth or phone barcode scanner reads them.

WHAT IT DOES
✔ Product labels for Avery 5160 (30 per sheet): barcode, SKU, product name and optional price
✔ Shelf and bin labels for Avery 5163 (10 per sheet): big, easy-to-scan location codes
✔ Location code builder: enter your shelves and bins, every code (A-1-1, A-1-2...) writes itself
✔ Labels to Print column: 3 of this, 1 of that, 0 to skip
✔ Start mid-sheet so half-used label sheets don't go to waste
✔ Barcode Check flags SKUs that are too long or won't scan, before you waste a sheet
✔ Free barcode font for Excel included (Libre Barcode 39, open license) with step-by-step setup for Windows and Mac. In Google Sheets the barcodes just work, nothing to install
✔ Plain-English Start Here tab and barcode glossary
✔ Sample shop data so you see it working before you add yours

WHO IT'S FOR
Etsy sellers, makers, boutiques, resellers and small shops who want faster, more accurate inventory counts without buying a label system.

GOOD TO KNOW
• These are Code 39 barcodes for your own shelves, bins and products. To sell in big-box retail or on Amazon you need official GS1 UPC numbers; this file doesn't create UPCs.
• Works in Microsoft Excel (desktop) and Google Sheets (free). Not tested in Apple Numbers.
• Print at 100% / Actual size. Test one page on plain paper first.
• Pairs with the StockSure Cycle Count Starter Kit: label it, then count it.

WHAT YOU GET
✔ StockSure Barcode & Label Maker (.xlsx) for Microsoft Excel
✔ Google Sheets version (PDF with your personal copy button). Click it, make a copy, done
