You probably have never seen a VINTAGE RING quite like this one. The detailed engraving of a Greek warrior on the top of the ring is most likely a reproduction from an actual ancient Greek coin. (The underside of the coin style top is blank with no engraving on it).

This 18KT GOLD VINTAGE RING is so unique and at over 50 years old it can easily be classified as RARE. It's in excellent vintage condition and is a bright, rich gold color. This is definitely a statement piece. You could even use this VINTAGE GREEK COIN STYLE RING as your wedding ring if you are looking for a ring that is both beautiful and unique but not ostentatious.

I purchased this high end VINTAGE 18K SOLID GOLD GREEK COIN STYLE RING at a jewelry store in Athens, Greece in the early 70s when I was fortunate to be able to take a month long trip through Europe in my early 20s, over 50 years ago.

The ring is 18KT SOLID GOLD however it is not marked as such. I purchased it as 18KT SOLID GOLD and took it to my local jeweler in Asheville, North Carolina to be sure. My jeweler assured me that the ring is indeed solid 18KT GOLD.

In addition to the engraved Greek warrior, the top of this 18KT SOLID GOLD VINTAGE RING has a detailed ridge type of edging around the coin. The design of the sides, front and back of the ring were crafted in a very high setting, "open work" filigree style. You can see this lovely detail work in the pictures I've uploaded to aid in your decision of whether or not to make it your own.

Since it is a size 7.5, that makes it the perfect size for sizing by your personal or local jeweler to meet your needs. Ask your jeweler if a size 7.5 ring with a narrow band could safely be sized to the size you need.
