This tracker comes as a working spreadsheet (.xlsx) with built-in formulas and as a printable PDF, so you can track on screen, on paper, or both. It's designed for short-term and vacation rental hosts with one to five properties, in the same warm off-white, charcoal and deep green style as the rest of the HilltopVentures host range.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Download the files from Etsy after purchase.
2. Open the .xlsx in Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers or LibreOffice.
3. Fill in Settings, then add each stay and expense in the light green cells.
4. The summaries update automatically. Prefer paper? Print the PDF pages.

PLEASE NOTE
• This is a digital download. Nothing physical will be shipped.
• The spreadsheet has working formulas. The printable PDF pages are designed to be filled in by hand; the green [fields] on them are text placeholders, not fillable form fields.
• Formulas were built and tested in a standard .xlsx file. Google Sheets and Numbers convert the file on import; drop-downs and formulas work there, but some formatting may look slightly different.
• Colours may vary slightly between screens and printers.
• This tracker organises your records. It is not tax, legal or accounting advice.
