The work is really beautiful but the customer service is terrible. I’d ask for something to be changed and get something totally different. I’d also only get a response to my messages roughly once every 2 weeks but this would be only after I sent more messages asking for a response. Overall it took 7 1/2 weeks for my logo to be finished but then I didn’t receive all the logo files that were promised. I had to end up opening a case with etsy as my messages were being ignored. Etsy ended up issuing me a full refund as Danielle never responded. I thought the missing files would be sent and it would be all sorted but that didn’t happen. 9 weeks of my time wasted and I never got a response or an apology. I would seriously warn anyone before purchasing from Danielle I just wish I had read the previous reviews so I didn’t waste my time

Thank you for appreciating my designs! My shop states that if you are in any way in a hurry, please do not order from my shop.. Your order did take a couple extra weeks to complete, you are right - this is bound to happen however with messaging for revisions (which is ok, but it will add to the time). This logo originally did not include the files you asked for, I had to re-design it to give you that file, and because of that, it made the file too large so I had to make a PDF vector file - which any print shop should be more than capable of working with. The files were sent and your order was completed - no case was opened.. Also, with everything COVID related, I would hope one would have been more understanding with the delays.. I really do thank you for purchasing my work!

Danielle is just the best! It took a little while to complete because we both had busy schedules and I had several adjustment requests with both the main and alternate logos but it was completely worth it!!!!! She accommodated all of my requests and changes to make my main logo and alternate logo just as I wanted them. I am so pleased. You will not find anyone else on here that has work as beautiful as Danielle's. Thank you so much again Danielle.
