Final Wishes & Document Locator Card | Where Everything Lives on One Page (PDF)

Everything your family or executor would need in one place — where your will, accounts, insurance, and final wishes live, and who to call first, on one page.

What it is
A one-page, two-sided card you keep with your planner. You print it, write in where everything is kept and who to call, and the people who matter can find it all instead of searching.

Who it's for
A spouse, an adult child, or whoever you've named to handle things. The card answers their first two questions — where is everything, and who do I call first.

What's on it
- Where this planner and your will and trust are kept
- Your attorney, executor, financial advisor, and accountant
- Where the account, insurance, and password lists live (locations, not numbers)
- Your final wishes location, and who to notify first

How it works
- Instant digital download — no shipping, nothing mailed
- Print at home on Letter (8.5 x 11) or A4
- Fill it in by hand — print a fresh copy any time something changes

Part of the Calmkept family-organization set
This card is the simplest first step. When you're ready for the full record, it grows into the End of Life Planner and the Just in Case Binder — the same calm, uncluttered approach, in full.

Records, not advice. This card holds where your documents and wishes are kept; it does not give legal or estate advice. Your attorney confirms any legal detail.

A quiet act of love — the essentials, on one page, with the full record in the binder.

Instant digital download. By buying, you ask for the file straight away and you accept that, once the download starts, you lose the 14-day right to cancel that buyers in the UK and EU otherwise have. No change-of-mind refunds. This doesn't affect your rights if a file is faulty, won't download, or isn't as described: message us and we'll replace it or refund it.

HOW THIS WAS MADE

I planned this card and directed how it was made. The page text and layout were drafted with AI tools, then edited and checked before release. Some decorative elements in the photos were made with AI tools.
