Highlights

  • Digital download
  • Digital file type(s): 2 PDF, 2 other files

Log every book you read and let the spreadsheet do the rest: your reading goal pace, pages, ratings, genres, money spent and money saved with the library.

Most reading trackers only work in Google Sheets and need you to fill in every column. This one works in Google Sheets AND Excel, and the status of each book fills itself in from the dates you type.

WHAT'S INSIDE (11 tabs)
- Dashboard: books and pages read this year, your goal and average rating, whether you're on track (and how many books a week you need), what you're reading now, your 5 latest finishes with stars, genres, formats, where your books came from, money spent and saved with the library, plus a books-per-month chart
- Setup: your year, book and page goals, average book price, library loan length, and your own genres, formats and sources
- Book Log: 300 rows. Type the start and finish dates and the status updates by itself (To read, Reading, Finished, DNF). Rate 1 to 5 and the stars appear
- Month by Month: books, pages, average rating and DNFs for each month, with a running total against your goal
- To Be Read: 150-row TBR list and wishlist with priority and where you heard about it
- Series Tracker: progress through every series you're reading
- Library Loans: due dates worked out from the day you borrow, renewals added, and Overdue / Due soon warnings
- Reading Challenge: 40 prompts for the year, with a progress bar
- Quotes and Notes: favourite lines and thoughts, with book and page

WHAT YOU GET
- 2 versions: £ (GBP, UK dates) and $ (USD, US dates)
- Quick Start guide (PDF)

Reusable every year: your history stays in the Book Log and the dashboard shows the year you choose. A lovely gift for a book lover, too.

HOW IT WORKS
- Download the files from your Etsy Purchases page
- Google Sheets: upload the .xlsx to Google Drive, open it, then File > Save as Google Sheets
- Excel: just open it (Excel 2010 or later, Windows or Mac, or Excel for the web)
- Type in the cream cells. Everything else updates on its own
- A Quick Start PDF walks you through setup in 5 minutes

GOOD TO KNOW
- Plain formulas only: no macros, no add-ins, no subscriptions
- Formula cells are locked so you can't break them by accident (no password, so you can unlock and customise)
- Apple Numbers and LibreOffice aren't officially supported

PLEASE NOTE
- This is a DIGITAL download. Nothing physical will be shipped.
- Personal use only. Please don't share or resell the files.
