Custom and personalized orders

Yes, I may be able to create custom digital felt sewing patterns upon request. Please message me with your idea and details so we can discuss the design, requirements, and pricing before you place an order.

Are your patterns physical products?

No. All Felt Muse Studio products are digital PDF sewing patterns. No physical item will be shipped to you.

How will I receive my pattern?

Your pattern is available as a digital download through Etsy after your purchase. You can download it and save it to your device for future use.

What is included in the pattern?

Each listing includes the digital pattern files and instructions described in the individual listing. Please check the listing description and images for the exact contents before purchasing.

Can I sell items I make using your patterns?

Please check the individual pattern's usage terms. Generally, you may use the pattern to create items for personal use, gifts, or small-scale handmade sales where permitted. The digital pattern files themselves may not be resold, shared, copied, or redistributed.

Can I get a refund for a digital pattern?

Because digital patterns are downloadable products, please review the listing carefully before purchasing. If you have a problem with your order or the files, please contact me and I'll be happy to help.

What if I have a problem with my download?

Please send me a message through Etsy with details about the problem. I'm happy to help you access your files or troubleshoot any download issues.
