Teach at more than one gym? This tracker shows exactly what each one owes you, builds a monthly invoice for any gym in two clicks and keeps cover, mileage and expenses in one place.

I built it because I teach group exercise across several gyms myself, and working out what I had taught where, who had covered for me and what each gym still owed took far too long.

WHAT IT DOES
✓ Logs every class by gym, with pay worked out from each gym's rate
✓ Tracks cover taught, cover given away and cancellations
✓ Builds an invoice for any gym and month, with your bank details and due date
✓ Shows what has been invoiced and what is still outstanding
✓ Splits every month by gym so you can check payments against your bank statement
✓ Logs mileage and expenses and shows your profit
✓ Dashboard with totals, average pay per class and earnings by gym

WHAT YOU GET
✓ Google Sheets copy links (free with any Google account)
✓ A worked example and a clean blank version
✓ A PDF setup guide

GOOD TO KNOW
✓ Room for 8 gyms
✓ Works on phone, tablet and computer
✓ No formulas to write: type in the cream cells and everything else updates
✓ Pay once and make a fresh copy every year

This is a digital download. Nothing is posted. After you buy, open the PDF from your Etsy Purchases page and click the link to make your own copy.

It helps you keep records. It is not tax advice.
