Most car trackers are built for US fleets. This one is made for everyday drivers, with a UK edition (litres, UK gallons for MPG, MOT, road tax and a 45p/25p two-tier mileage rate) and a US edition (gallons and a single mileage rate). It works in Google Sheets AND Excel, handles up to 4 vehicles, and works for petrol, diesel, hybrid and electric cars.

WHAT'S INSIDE (8 tabs)
- Dashboard: total spent this year, fuel, miles driven and cost per mile, your next 6 things due (with days or miles left), every vehicle side by side (fuel, other costs, miles, MPG, cost per mile, odometer), spending by category, business mileage and a monthly chart
- Setup: up to 4 vehicles with registration and fuel type, how early you want reminders (days and miles), mileage rates and your own cost categories
- Fuel Log: 400 rows. Type the date, odometer, litres and cost. Price per litre, miles since your last fill and MPG fill in by themselves (miles per kWh for electric)
- Running Costs: 300 rows for servicing, MOT, repairs, tyres, insurance, road tax, breakdown cover, parking, tolls, cleaning and finance
- Reminders: MOT, tax, insurance, service and anything else, due by date, by mileage or both. Lines turn amber when due soon and red when overdue
- Mileage Log: 300 business or volunteer trips, with return trips and an automatic claim value
- Month by Month: fuel, other costs, miles and cost per mile for every month

HOW IT WORKS
- Download the files from your Etsy Purchases page
- Google Sheets: upload the .xlsx to Google Drive, open it, then File > Save as Google Sheets
- Excel: just open it (Excel 2010 or later, Windows or Mac, or Excel for the web)
- Type in the cream cells. Everything else updates on its own
- A Quick Start PDF walks you through setup in 5 minutes

GOOD TO KNOW
- Plain formulas only: no macros, no add-ins, no subscriptions
- Formula cells are locked so you can't break them by accident (no password, so you can unlock and customise)
- Apple Numbers and LibreOffice aren't officially supported
