Your application falls under the 2022 requirements, and this sheet is not set up for them. If you are logging months from before 2027, enter the minutes your supervisor observed you with a client each month; the 2027 rules count minutes, not visits.

After each block of fieldwork, open the form on your phone and log it in-the-moment: the date, your supervisor, Supervised or Concentrated, the start and end time, whether your supervisor was there, individual or group, restricted or unrestricted, and the minutes you were observed with a client. Your Fieldwork Hours Ledger adds each block to one record across your whole five years.

Every month is checked against the 2027 monthly rules: 20 to 160 hours, supervision of 5% (for concentrated fieldwork, 7.5% for BCBA and 10% for BCaBA), observation with a client each month, and at least half of supervision individual. When a month misses one, the sheet shows what the BACB would count. A month under 20 hours counts 0; a month over 160 loses its extra independent hours; a month short on supervision loses independent hours until the percentage is met; a concentrated month counts in full or not at all. Your headline total is only the hours the BACB counts, with the hours that do not count shown beside it and the reason on each month's row. Those adjustments are this sheet's reading of the BACB's monthly adjustment table, which the BACB publishes with its 2022 numbers; the sheet applies it with the 2027 numbers.
