• Recipe costing: type each recipe in cups, grams, tsp, oz or eggs. Every ingredient is costed from what you pay for it, and cups of flour or sugar convert to grams automatically.
• Product pricing: build each product from up to 3 recipes (cake batter + buttercream + filling) plus packaging and decorating time. You see the full cost including your time, your profit, your margin and a suggested price.
• Orders: up to 3 items per order, custom design charges, delivery, discounts, deposits and final payments. Balance due is worked out for you.
• Bake & Shop List: confirmed orders for the next few days become batches to bake and a shopping list of what to buy.

• Can I take deposits? Yes. Record a deposit and final payment on each order. The printable confirmation shows the deposit to secure the date and the balance due.
