The Neon is packed in double carton mail order packaging. Very strong brown box filled with foam. This kind of packaging has been developed specially for the air shipment of our neon to arrive safely to your location.

For our LED neon, we are using DHL, UPS, TNT or FEDEX for your shipment to make sure your product to arrive fast and safe.
We we usually dispatch orders with 24-48 Hours after receiving full payment of your order. It will take about 2 to 3 business days for your parcel to arrive at your location starting from the day you receive your shipping confirmation email.
For our Flamingo and Cactus Mini Neon, we are using Hong Kong Post, the delay of delivery varies between 10-15 business days.
All our shipments come with online tracking number that you will receive once your order is dispatched.
If you chose to create your own neon we need 10 days to make it and the same above amount of time to deliver.

Please open your parcel immediately after receiving it. We will only accept claims within 7 days after delivery. Contact us at info@mkneon.com and send us detailed pictures of the breakage, after reviewing and accepting your case we will send you a new spare neon tube free of charge.

The lifetime of a neon is subject to different criteria, using time, environment, quality of the household electrical installation. We don't suggest to keep your neon running 24 hours in order to optimize its lifespan. We can say that with a normal use the neon can last 6 to 10 years.

Neon are sculpted by hand, there is no moulding or machine to bend the tube. For this reason, we can't guarantee that each neon will be 100% same as the pictures presented in our website. By purchasing this neon you accept that the design may vary from the pictures.
