This recruitment tracker holds one hiring round in one file: every candidate and the stage they are at, what each interviewer scored them on the same five criteria, and how many people sit at each stage.

How to use it:
1. Open Recruitment Tracker Google Sheets Access.pdf to make your Google Sheets copy, or open Recruitment Tracker.xlsx in Excel.
2. Enter the role, the hiring manager, the date the role opened, and the date you need the new hire to start on Start Here.
3. Enter your Stall Limit in Days, the number of days a candidate can wait in one stage before the Stalled column marks them Yes.
4. Set a weight from 0 to 5 for each of the five criteria, and keep those weights for the whole round.
5. Enter each candidate on Candidates with the date they applied, where they came from, their stage, and the date they reached it.
6. Fill in one Scorecard row for each interviewer after each interview, picking the candidate from the list and rating all five criteria from 1 to 5.
7. Read Pipeline to see how many candidates sit at each stage, how many are still in the round, and which sources your candidates and hires came from.
8. Set Stage to Hired with a Decision Date when someone accepts, and keep every rejected and withdrawn row as your record of the round.

What you get: a four tab workbook for Google Sheets and Excel with room for 60 candidates and 120 interview ratings, a quick start PDF in US Letter and A4 with a worked example, and a Google Sheets access PDF with the link.

The workbook ships blank, and it has no column for age, family, health, race, or national origin, because a hiring record should hold only what shows whether someone is qualified for the job.

This spreadsheet is general education, not legal or human resources advice, and it does not know your situation, so talk with a licensed professional about decisions on hiring, employment records, or an applicant's rights.

This is a digital download, and no physical item ships.
