WHAT YOU GET

WHAT IT DOES
✔ Up to 300 guest rows: first and last name, group (bride's family, groom's friends, colleagues… editable list), adults and children, invite sent, RSVP, table number, meal choice, allergies or dietary needs, address or contact, notes
✔ People per row counted from adults + children (a row with no numbers counts as 1)
✔ 30 tables with seats, assigned, free and a status (seats left, full, over capacity); guests who replied «No» take no seat
✔ A count of confirmed or pending guests who still have no table
✔ Dropdown lists for group, RSVP (Pending, Yes, No) and meal choice (Meat, Fish, Vegetarian, Vegan, Kids), so the counts stay clean

HOW IT WORKS
1. Settings: your names, wedding date, expected guests and the guest groups
2. Guests: one row per household, then update RSVPs and meal choices as replies come in
3. Type the table number next to each guest: the Tables sheet updates

GOOD TO KNOW
• The file does not send invitations or reminders
• Formulas tested by full recalculation in Excel for Microsoft 365; calculations also checked in Google Sheets. No macros.
