Wedding Checklist Spreadsheet Excel & Google Sheets, 12 Month Wedding Planning Timeline with Due Dates Calculated from Your Wedding Date

A 12-month wedding checklist that knows your dates. Type your wedding date once and the spreadsheet works out the due date of every task, from 12 months before to the day before the wedding. Mark «Yes» when a task is done and the status column shows what is overdue.

WHAT YOU GET
• 1 Excel file (.xlsx) in English with 3 sheets: Instructions, Settings, Checklist
• 40 tasks already written in (editable), 10 free rows for your own, and instructions inside the file

WHAT IT DOES
✔ Due date of every task = your wedding date minus the days before (editable)
✔ Status for every row, with overdue tasks highlighted
✔ Tasks grouped by when: 12, 10, 8, 6 months before… down to the week before and the day before the wedding
✔ Change the wedding date and every due date updates
✔ Add your own tasks or change the days before to match your vendors

HOW IT WORKS
1. Settings: your names and the wedding date
2. Checklist: follow the list and mark «Yes» in «Done»

GOOD TO KNOW
• Dates are a guide: adjust them to your vendors
• The file does not send reminders
• Formulas tested by full recalculation in Excel for Microsoft 365; calculations also checked in Google Sheets. No macros.
• Want the whole wedding in one file? This checklist is also part of our Ultimate Wedding Planner (budget & vendors, guest list, seating chart, wedding day timeline)
