Social Media Planner Spreadsheet, Content Calendar Google Sheets, 2027 Post Planner

Plan every post in one place, see it on a calendar that fills itself in, and find out which posts actually work, without paying for another app.

Made for small businesses, makers, coaches and content creators who post on two or more platforms. Type a post once and it shows on the calendar, the dashboard and the year overview. Two editions are included: UK (weeks start on Monday, UK key dates) and US (weeks start on Sunday, US key dates). Works in Google Sheets AND Excel, for any social platform, blog or newsletter.

WHAT'S INSIDE (10 tabs)
- Dashboard: pick a month and see posts planned and posted, engagement and engagement rate, each platform against its posts-a-week goal, your pillar mix against your targets (Add more, On target or Too many), the next 8 posts coming up and your 5 best posts
- Setup: your business name, start month, up to 8 platforms with a posts-a-week goal each, and up to 6 content pillars with a target share
- Content Plan: 400 rows with date, time, platform, pillar, format, hook, caption notes, hashtag set, link and status (Idea, Drafting, Ready, Scheduled, Posted). Add views, likes, comments, shares and saves, and the engagement and rate work themselves out. Late posts are flagged
- Calendar: pick any month and every day shows its first post, how many more are planned, and any key date
- Year Overview: 12 months of posts planned and posted, views, engagement and pillar mix, with a chart
- Key Dates: over 55 UK dates (or over 45 US dates) from October 2026 to December 2027, from Pancake Day to Black Friday, each with a ready-made post idea
- Ideas Bank: 100 post ideas sorted by pillar, so you never stare at a blank screen
- Hashtag Sets: save up to 20 sets with the hashtag count worked out
- Followers: log your followers monthly and see the growth chart
