Is this a physical product, and how do I get my files?

Our products are digital downloads; no physical item is shipped. For instant downloads, Etsy makes the files available after payment is confirmed. Sign in at Etsy.com in a computer or mobile browser, open Purchases, and select Download Files. The Etsy app currently does not support downloading digital purchases. Guest buyers can use the download link in their Etsy receipt email. Made-to-order files, if offered, follow the delivery details in that listing. Please message us if you need help.

What software, paper size, and printing settings do I need?

Open PDF printables with a PDF reader and extract ZIP downloads before opening the files. Each listing tells you which paper sizes and formats are included. US Letter is 8.5 × 11 inches; A4 is 210 × 297 mm. Choose the edition that matches your paper and follow its printing guide, especially for pieces you cut or fold. Our spreadsheet listings explain how to use the files in Google Sheets. Need help choosing or opening a file? Message us on Etsy.

May I share, resell, or use the files commercially?

Check the license in each listing and included files. Games and celebration printables are for personal use unless stated otherwise. A business workbook may expressly permit the purchaser's internal business use and ordinary client reports or quotes; that does not grant rights to sell or distribute the template. Do not resell, redistribute, upload, or share source files, artwork, answer guides, or reusable templates unless the listing explicitly grants those rights. Personalization or removal of visible branding does not itself grant resale rights. Please ask before purchase about classroom, paid-event, white-label, or other uses not covered by the listing.

What if I have a problem with my digital order?

Please contact us through Etsy with your order number and a description of the issue. For file-opening problems, tell us your device, application, and any error message; please do not send passwords or payment details. We will help with download, missing-file, or product-description issues. Digital items cannot be physically returned. Refund or cancellation questions are assessed against the order circumstances, Etsy's policies, and applicable consumer rights; this FAQ does not limit those rights.

Custom and personalized orders

Yes—tell us what would make a supported printable or workbook feel like yours. Select Request Custom Order or message us with the product name and requested changes before buying. We confirm the available options, total price and delivery date, then arrange a made-to-order digital listing. Personalization is additional: $19 for up to three existing stationery designs, $29 for a matching set of up to seven existing designs, or $19 for supported workbook settings. One proof and one consolidated correction round are included; we fix our own mistakes free. Larger changes are quoted separately. Standard instant-download purchases contain the files described in that listing. Personalized files are delivered after completion.

An abandoned station is broadcasting again—and someone trapped in its locked booth is calling for help. Old tape labels, archive records and an unfinished Halloween programme hold the clues. Can your group piece them together before the threatening voice takes over the story?

A suspense adventure for adults, brought to life through printed radio passages read by your host. The host guide also includes an optional indoor paper-tag trail and a short epilogue.

WHAT'S INSIDE
• An illustrated player adventure with six connected puzzles, story passages and an ending.
• A separate host guide with hints and worked answers, plus a two-page quick reference.
• Start Here instructions to help you choose and prepare your files.
• All four print editions: US Letter and A4, each in color and black and white. Choose one edition to play.

GET READY TO PLAY
Print the 16 activity pages (player pages 2–17), gather pens or pencils and scrap paper, and let your host read the separate guide before guests arrive. The host tells the story, checks discoveries and offers hints while players work through the clues. Keep the answers with the host. The guide and quick reference can stay on screen.

PRINT IT YOUR WAY
Choose the illustrated color edition for a vivid game set, or black and white for straightforward printing and extra copies. Flat activity pages can go in sleeves or be laminated for reuse with a compatible wipe-off pen. Keep a separate answer sheet for each play. New players can enjoy the adventure again; returning players will remember its discoveries.

YOUR DOWNLOAD
Your download includes four edition ZIPs and a Start Here PDF. Extract the ZIP for the paper size and artwork you want to use. These are printable PDF files to use at home; your purchase is delivered digitally. Download through Etsy.com in a browser, then open the extracted files in a PDF reader.

Private household, party and internal activity use is included under the supplied license. Purchased game pages are clean; watermarks are used on public previews. Need a hand with your download? Message Aesir DigitalForge through Etsy.
