Take holiday pre-orders without the sticky notes. Log every order once and this planner tells you what to bake for each pickup day, who still owes a deposit, which items are close to selling out and who is coming to collect, in time order.

Made for home bakers, cottage bakeries, market stalls and small bakeries taking Thanksgiving, Christmas or Easter orders. Works in Google Sheets and Excel.

WHAT'S INSIDE (9 tabs)
• Dashboard: orders, items, revenue, paid so far, still to collect, deposits still due, days to your order cutoff and open inquiries, plus a revenue-by-pickup-day chart and your best sellers
• Orders: one row per item ordered. Prices fill in from your menu, or type a special price for wholesale. Statuses: Inquiry, Confirmed, Paid, Picked up, Cancelled
• Menu: your holiday items with price, max per pickup day and max for the season. Shows how many are left and flags Almost sold out and Sold out
• Pickup Days: up to 14 dates with time windows and a max number of orders, with Open, Almost full and Full
• Production Plan: how many of each item to bake for every pickup day, with a red alert when a day goes over your limit
• Pickup Schedule: pick a day and get every pickup sorted by time, with phone numbers, notes, balance due and a tick-off column. Print it for the door
• Order Form: a printable pre-order form with your bakery name, season, cutoff date, deposit, menu, prices and pickup days filled in
• Settings: bakery name, season, cutoff date, deposit % and how customers pay
• Start Here: a step-by-step guide

WHY IT'S DIFFERENT
• Built around pickup days, which is how holiday baking really works
• Inquiries and cancelled orders don't count toward what you bake or collect
• Deposits are worked out for you, so you know who to chase before you start baking
• Built-in checks tell you exactly what's missing in a row

WHAT YOU GET
• A PDF with your "Make a copy" link for Google Sheets
• The Excel file (.xlsx) in a ZIP
Works in Google Sheets (free), Excel 2010+ (Windows and Mac) and LibreOffice. Example holiday menu and orders included. Use any currency.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Digital download. Nothing is shipped.
• Up to 50 menu items, 14 pickup days and 500 order lines. The Pickup Schedule lists up to 80 pickups per day, and the printable Order Form shows the first 16 menu items and 6 pickup days.
• Please check your local cottage food rules. This is an organizing tool, not legal or tax advice.
• For use in your own bakery or food business. Please don't resell or share the file.
