Being a porous material, WOOD is not to be soaked, please hand wash all items that have a wood garment tag. Do no machine wash. CORK is scotch guarded and should only be hand washed in warm water with a mild soap. All other tags are machine washable on the gentle cycle.

Shipping Information: • Shipping times are estimates. • Most orders are shipped via Canada Post Lettermail, which is an untracked service. Lettermail shipments do NOT include tracking information. • Tracked orders are typically shipped through Chit Chats, an economical courier service routed through Calgary, Alberta. This means Alberta orders may travel to Calgary before heading to their final destination. • If Canada Post Expedited shipping is more cost-effective for your tracked order, I may use that service instead.

I’ve been ordering these for a few years, replacing them as I run out. They top off my crochet and knitting projects perfectly. They ship fast and the owner is responsive and really easy to work with.
