Highlights

The trip is the present. Finding out is part of the adventure.

Turn “we’re going somewhere special” into a surprise they’ll remember with the Wanderlings Surprise Trip Reveal Kit.

This printable scavenger hunt leads them from clue to clue around your home, ending with a personalised reveal announcing your plans. Whether you’re surprising your children with a vacation, revealing a theme park visit or giving someone a Christmas day out, the excitement starts before you leave home.

Follow the included eight-clue setup route, or create your own hunt using the additional riddles and blank cards.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Your download contains one 19-page A4 PDF featuring:

• 16 illustrated, pre-written clue cards with helpful hints
• 8 blank clue cards for your own riddles
• Clear organiser instructions and a ready-to-use eight-clue route
• An opening invitation to start the hunt
• A surprise announcement card with space for your destination, date and message
• 7 themed reveal-ticket designs, with two tickets per sheet
• A 30-day countdown to cross off as the adventure approaches

CHOOSE THE TICKET THAT FITS YOUR SURPRISE

• Any Adventure
• Flight & Holiday
• Theme Park
• Road Trip
• Cruise & Boat Trip
• A Special Day Out
• A Christmas Adventure

Use one ticket for a person or group, or print separate tickets for everyone. Choose the announcement card, a themed ticket, or both.

You only need to print the pages you want to use.

HOW THE SURPRISE WORKS

1. Download your PDF and choose your reveal design.
2. Print your selected pages and fill in the destination and personal details by hand.
3. Cut out the cards and set up while the person you’re surprising is out or occupied elsewhere.
4. Follow the setup guide, keeping the first clue ready to hand over.
5. Let the hunt begin—and watch them discover what you’ve planned!

Hide the completed announcement or ticket at the final stop. Once the secret is out, display the countdown and cross off a day together until it’s time to go.

MADE FOR MORE THAN HOLIDAYS

Use the kit for vacation announcements, birthday outings, Christmas experiences, theme park visits, cruises, weekend getaways, museum trips, zoo visits and other adventures.

The elegant vintage travel illustrations and black-and-white design make it easy to print at home. Younger readers may enjoy a little help with the riddles.
