The Homestead Grimoire of Aromatherapy is a 179-page illustrated PDF for anyone who wants to make their own natural scents, oils, salves, candles and herbal blends from plants growing around the homestead. It is written for Canada and the northern United States, so every plant in it is one you can grow or find in cold climates.

Styled like an old still-room book, with gold ornament, roses, lavender and pine, it walks you through every step: what to harvest, which part of the plant to take, when to take it, and how to turn it into something lovely.

WHAT'S INSIDE - 179 pages, 19 botanical plates, 47 recipes and blends
- The Keeper's Foundations: what aromatherapy is (and isn't), the gentle safety rules, setting up your still-room, drying and storing
- The Foraging Year: the Forager's Code, reading your land, a season-by-season harvest calendar for cold zones
- The Herbal Atlas: 19 illustrated plates with numbered markers showing exactly which part to pick. Eastern white pine, balsam fir, white spruce, white cedar, juniper, birch, balsam poplar (balm of Gilead), wild rose, lilac, lavender, chamomile, yarrow, lemon balm, peppermint, bee balm, thyme and calendula, plus never-pick guides for yew and poison hemlock
- Infused oils, salves, balms and solid perfumes, with step-by-step recipe cards
- Scent tinctures and sprays: rose, pine forest, lavender linen, lilac spring mist, pillow mist
- Hydrosols and home distillation: a stovetop method and a small-still method
- Candles from the hive and the field: beeswax, soy and beeswax blends, tealights, pine-cone fire starters, plus how to render beeswax
- Sachets, pillows and hanging herb bundles, simmer pots, herbal steam, bath tea, bath salts and foot soaks
- The Book of Blends: how to blend scents, twelve seasonal blends, quiet rituals, gift and labelling guides
- Quick-reference charts (dilution, shelf life, safety), glossary, sources, and printable Keeper's Pages for harvests, batches and blends

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ
This is an educational, general-reference guide for comfort and enjoyment of natural scents, created with the help of AI-assisted drafting and illustration tools and sold as a finished digital file. It is not medical advice. Aromatic plants can irritate skin or trigger allergies and can be harmful to children, pets and pregnant people. Identify every plant with a regional field guide before you gather it, patch test, and check your local rules before selling anything you make.
