Made for people who flip charity shop, car boot, house clearance and bundle finds and sell them online, at markets or anywhere else. Unlike most reseller sheets, it splits the cost of a bundle across its items for you, counts your sales on each platform against the yearly reporting line, and gives you a tax-year summary. It works in Google Sheets AND Excel, with a UK edition (£, UK dates, 6 April tax year) and a US edition ($, US dates).

WHAT'S INSIDE (8 tabs)
- Dashboard: sales, profit after costs, items sold, average days to sell, items in stock, stock value, sell-through and old stock. Then a counter for each platform showing your sales against the reporting line ("Under: 6 of 30 sales", "Getting close", "Over the line"), a tax-year summary and a month-by-month table with a chart
- Inventory: 1,000 rows. Item, category, where and when you bought it, cost, platform, listed and sold dates and prices, postage paid and charged. Fees are estimated from your rates, or type the real ones. Status, profit, return on cost and days to sell fill in by themselves
- Hauls: bought a box or a bundle for one price? Tag the items and the cost is shared out for you. See when each haul has paid for itself
- Insights: your best places to buy and best categories (sell-through, profit, return on cost, days to sell) and the 10 oldest unsold items
- Price Calculator: type the cost and the profit you want, and see the price to ask on every platform after fees
- Expenses: packaging, equipment, subscriptions and miles (turned into money at the mileage rate)
- Setup: up to 8 platforms with their fee % and fixed fees, your sources, categories, the reporting line, trading allowance and mileage rate (all editable)

HOW IT WORKS
- Download the files from your Etsy Purchases page
- Google Sheets: upload the .xlsx to Google Drive, open it, then File > Save as Google Sheets
- Excel: just open it (Excel 2010 or later, Windows or Mac, or Excel for the web)
- Type in the cream cells. Everything else updates on its own
- A Quick Start PDF walks you through setup in 5 minutes

GOOD TO KNOW
- Plain formulas only: no macros, no add-ins, no subscriptions
- Formula cells are locked so you can't break them by accident (no password, so you can unlock and customise)
- Apple Numbers and LibreOffice aren't officially supported
