Wedding Guest List Excel in German (Gästeliste) with Seating Chart: RSVP, Meal Choices, Adults and Children, Tables and Free Seats

Excel spreadsheet in GERMAN for your wedding guest list and seating chart. One row per household or guest with invite sent, RSVP, meal choice, dietary needs and table number: the Tische sheet counts who sits where and how many seats are left.

WHAT YOU GET
• 1 Excel file (.xlsx) in German with 4 sheets: Anleitung, Einstellungen, Gäste, Tische
• Example rows to overwrite and instructions inside the file (in German)

WHAT IT DOES
✔ Up to 300 guest rows: first and last name, group (editable list), adults and children, invite sent, RSVP, table number, meal choice, allergies, contact, notes
✔ People per row counted from adults + children (a row with no numbers counts as 1)
✔ 30 tables with seats, assigned, free and a status (seats left, full, over capacity); guests who replied «Nein» take no seat
✔ Dropdown lists for group, RSVP (Ausstehend, Ja, Nein) and meal choice (Fleisch, Fisch, Vegetarisch, Vegan, Kinder)

GOOD TO KNOW
• The file does not send invitations or reminders
• Formulas tested by full recalculation in Excel for Microsoft 365; calculations also checked in Google Sheets. No macros.
