YOU RECEIVE (3 files): one portrait with both pets as a high-res JPG (3712 x 4608 px (4:5), 300 dpi - prints sharp up to 12x15 in / 30x38 cm; Pop Art is square: 4096 x 4096 px, up to 13x13 in / 34x34 cm), a phone wallpaper JPG (9:16, 2592 x 4608 px; Pop Art 2304 x 4096 px) and a social-media crop JPG (4:5). Print at home, at a local print shop or online.

PHOTOS: right after your order, upload your photos at pigmentpaw.com/etsy-upload (enter your Etsy order number and the name on your order). Upload 3 to 5 close-up photos of EACH pet (minimum 1, maximum 5 per pet, so up to 10 in total; each at least 1000 px) - more photos = better likeness. Plan B: send the photos, or a link to a shared online photo album, directly in Etsy Messages. Best photos: close-up, face and snout clearly visible, different angles, good light, no hands or objects in front of the face. Tell us both pets' names (optional) and any special markings you want preserved.
