**HOW ORDERING WORKS**

Select your desired invitation suite option and quantity from the drop-down menus and place your order.

After ordering, you'll receive an online questionnaire within one business day. This is where you'll provide your wedding details, wording, and customization preferences.

Once your questionnaire is submitted, I'll create your digital proofs within 2–3 business days.

Once your proofs are perfect, you'll sign a final approval before your invitations enter production.

**SAMPLES**

Select “Invitation Sample” to receive one complete, pre-designed Lenore suite featuring the printed Gothic floral vellum jacket, coordinating inserts, specialty tombstone-shaped RSVP card, and floral envelope liner.

Samples feature generic wording and are not personalized. Customized proofs are created after a full invitation order has been placed.

**PRODUCTION**

Every White Lace Design invitation suite is designed, professionally printed, and hand-finished in my studio.

Standard production is approximately 3–4 weeks after final proof approval.

Production time does not begin when your order is placed; it begins once all wording and details have been submitted, your proofs are finalized, and your final approval has been received.

Please submit your questionnaire and review your proofs promptly. Delays in submitting information, requesting revisions, or approving proofs may require your scheduled ship date to be adjusted accordingly.

Orders including guest addressing depend on receiving your completed White Lace Design address template and may require additional processing time.

Domestic orders ship free via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on destination.

No. Lenore features a specialty tombstone-shaped RSVP card designed for online responses through your wedding website or QR code. A separate RSVP envelope is not included.
